Nadine Irons is Managing Director, responsible for driving growth, innovation, and client relationships across the business. With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, she is widely recognised for her client-focused approach, operational expertise, and ability to translate strategic vision into practical, high-impact outcomes.
Nadine spent 13 years at Canaccord Genuity, where she developed deep expertise in client services, platform operations, and intermediary relationships. She later joined Praemium International Limited (now Morningstar Wealth Platform), where she held a number of senior roles, including Director, contributing to the development and delivery of technology-enabled wealth solutions for advisers and clients.
At Spring, Nadine plays a central role in expanding the firm’s client base, strengthening strategic partnerships, and enhancing the overall client experience through innovation in technology, communication, and service delivery. She is known as a trusted leader across Client Services and Operations, ensuring responsive solutions and continuously shaping the firm’s offering to meet evolving client and intermediary needs.
Nadine was a finalist in the 2021 and 2022 Professional Adviser Women in Finance Awards in the Platforms category, reflecting her contribution to the industry and commitment to excellence. Her strong financial services background, combined with a passion for fintech innovation and relationship management, supports the firm’s continued growth and client-centric culture.
